Don’t Lose Out On Real Life
By: John Pulliam
Series: Luke
Luke 9:18-26
Up to this point in the study of Luke's gospel the question, “Who is this Jesus?” has been asked a few times, but so far no one has attempted, much less been able to provide an answer to life’s most important question. The answer from the crowds represents the answer of human reasoning. The answer from the disciples represents Divine revelation. Human reasoning calls Jesus a “good man.” Divine revelation concludes that Jesus is the "God-Man."

The Bible teaches that salvation is solely a work of God’s grace, received only by trusting in Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of our sins. It is not limited to an ancient church, but stands as the pillar and grounds of the sinners justification before God for all ages.
